Villa Bali Joglo is a 3 bedroom air-conditioned villa with pool and garden. Bali Joglo Villa built on a 800 square meters field and has a living area of 300 square meters.
It is opened in October 2011, is a private luxury villa and free only 5 months a year. It is the neighbor of Balimasan Villa (3 bedrooms villa free all the year).
It is located 5/10 minutes from Seminyak and its popular places such as Kudeta, Potatoe Head, world-class restaurants such as Metis and Sarong, chic stores, bars, and nightclubs. The villa is ideally located only 10 minutes from the beaches.
The furniture are unique pieces custom-made.
The rooms
The villa has 3 large bedrooms with very quiet air conditioners, a closet and a safety deposit box. All the rooms have their own bathroom. One 25m² bedroom located in an independent bungalow and 2 30m² bedrooms connected to the central part of the villa by an iron wood terrace. The floor of the 30m² master bedroom and its adjoining dressing room were made with the original floor of the Joglo (traditional house imported from Java).
The Joglo
This is the central part of the villa, a true work of art.
This beautiful room of 120m ² has large bay windows overlooking the entrance, the garden, the pool and the outdoor bungalow. You will find a large family table and 8 chairs. The living room is made of two parts. The first one has two leather armchairs, a 4 seats teck sofa and a coffee table. The second part has a 5 seats sofa and 2 coffee tables made from the old Joglo doors.
The American kitchen is made of a central part with a bar with 4 stools. It has all the modern facilities: plenty of storage space, an American refrigerator, a wine cellar, an oven with grill and microwave, etc…
You can add a plancha (tepanyaki) and a shabu shabu if you want to cook Japanese or Korean food.
The joglo also has an air-conditioned TV room of 3.50 m by 2.50 m can also be used as an extra room. It is equipped with an LCD screen and a Boose stereo system.
The garden and swimming pool
The pool terrace is equipped with high-end garden furniture made of aluminum and synthetic rattan. The pool of 11 x 3m made of natural stones has a jacuzzi of 2.5 x 1.8m. It is a relaxing space perfect for adults and young children.
You will also find a pond with a wall-mounted fountain where multicolored fish are roaming.
